Why Canadian small businesses’ satisfaction with their banks has fallen

The findings: In Canada, small business banking customers’ satisfaction with their banks has fallen significantly, with the overall score dropping 21 points from last year (from 676 to 655 out of 1,000).

  • That’s according to the J.D. Power 2024 Canada Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study, which surveyed 2,436 small business owners between June and August 2024.
