His passion for mountains and tech has influenced most of his life decisions since earning a degree in Digital Media Studies at the University of Denver.

Dylan L. Douglas is head of customer success, North America at Smartly.io. Dylan leads a customer success team at Smartly.io and helps brands such as Spotify and HelloFresh to operationalize testing for better performance with less time. Before Smartly.io, he managed ad campaigns and developed client partnerships in roles at SocialCode and EducationDynamics. Ask him anything about bicycles and rock climbing. He's currently exploring LA and southern California one taco truck and hike at a time.
