A survey reveals why 84% of customers would switch to a new bank

The news: A recent survey of 2,000 banking consumers across North America, Asia, and Europe by banking consultancy Personetics revealed that consumers rank financial wellness as their top concern—above both relationships and health. And 84% of respondents were willing to leave their current financial institution (FI) if it didn’t provide “relevant, timely advice to improve their financial health.”

The details: That wasn’t the only finding that indicated customers’ growing expectations for their FIs.
