Tamara Gruzbarg is head of customer insights and strategy at ActionIQ. Tamara is an expert analytics executive who has led data initiatives across multiple industries including digital, publishing, finance, research, consulting, and retail. As head of customer insights, she works with clients to realize the value of the insights that live in their data and the power of ActionIQ to make data-driven marketing a reality. Tamara joined ActionIQ after having been a client of the platform herself at multiple organizations.

Liz Switzer is associate director of customer relationship management (CRM) and engagement at Condé Nast. Liz is responsible for strategy and execution of lifecycle programs, subscriber engagement and retention across The New Yorker, WIRED, Vanity Fair, and Bon Appétit. She currently oversees Condé’s automated prospecting campaigns and winback strategies, and manages the use of customer data platforms (CDPs) to drive successful CRM programs. Liz previously worked at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Nancy has been at eMarketer for over 13 years and oversees the media business, developing programs for leading advertisers.
