As a member of PwC’s data analytics technology practice, he is focused on customer relationship management strategy, cross-channel marketing, business analytics, and consumer experience development.

John Dodd is global alliance director at Redpoint Global. John has been consulting with clients for 20 years to deliver customer data platforms (CDPs) and related marketing technology solutions. In his current role, he develops and nurtures strategic alliances with global systems integrators, major business consultancies, marketing service providers, and advertising agencies, collaborating with these partners to implement and service industry-leading CDP software.
