Most employees agree: There’s no place like home

Despite vaccinations giving hope for a return to normalcy, nearly 2 in 5 US remote employees agree that they are never, ever, ever getting back together with their office post-pandemic. Only 5% of remote employees want to go back into the workplace full-time, which could make for some fairly deserted office spaces. Overall, 7 in 10 work-from-homers say they prefer to stay home—right next to the exercise equipment, make-shift standing desk, designated nap space, and cozy sweatpants.
