Digital advertisers are waking up to the importance of placements on retail platforms, and eBay is looking to capitalize on the trend by creating audience segments and analyzing shopper patterns to help brands make the best buys. eMarketer's Nicole Perrin spoke with Mark Donohue, eBay's head of industry, about how the company works with advertisers and how it makes ads relevant to its customers' shopping journeys.
