Brick-and-Mortar and Ecommerce Will Battle for Retail Channel Supremacy

The 2023 holiday season—which kicked off in mid-October with Amazon Prime Big Deal Days and competing retailer promotions—is different than it was in pre-pandemic years, when the Cyber Five period kicked holiday shopping into high gear. But this year will see many pre-pandemic shopping patterns return, with healthy consumer spending expected and more typical growth rates across shopping channels.
