As the COVID-19 pandemic wears on, US healthcare providers are incorporating telehealth into their practice, particularly when treating new concerns. Among those who offer telehealth services, 64.6% use the technology to diagnose new issues, while about 50% each use it to issue new prescriptions and conduct video or phone consultations.
