Rishad Tobaccowala is senior advisor to the Publicis Groupe, where he has spent his entire 37-year career, most recently serving as the chief growth officer and chief strategist of the Groupe. Tobaccowala was named by BusinessWeek as one of the top business leaders for his pioneering innovation and TIME magazine dubbed him one of five “Marketing Innovators.” He is in the Ad Age Interactive Hall of Fame and has received a lifetime achievement silver medal award from the Chicago Ad Federation. Rishad is the author of “Restoring the Soul of Business: Staying Human in The Age of Data.” He is also the chairman of The Tobaccowala Foundation, which helps 10,000 people in India gain better healthcare and education.

Heather Flannery is the CEO of ConsenSys Health. She is also a cofounder and board chair of Blockchain in Healthcare Global, a new 501(c)6 trade association organized under the IEEE ISTO. She chairs the IEEE SA P2418.6 Standards Development Working Group (blockchain in healthcare and life sciences), serves as the FY19 cochair of the global HIMSS Blockchain in Healthcare Task Force, chairs the Healthcare Special Interest Group at the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), and is an associate editor of the peer-reviewed journal, Frontiers Blockchain for Science. Heather is also an innovation fellow at EP3 Foundation, has served as industry faculty for the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (US HHS ONC) and is an active consultant, advisor and keynote speaker.

Belal El-Harazin is founder and CEO of Maverick Digital, a Salesforce Partner and member of Pledge 1%. He has been a senior executive at large global technology companies, as well as high-growth Silicon Valley startups. Belal has championed Inclusivity throughout his career and through that inclusivity, has continuously led teams that have had transformational impact across global brands and industries. Inclusivity is also the top priority of "The Maverick Way.” Belal is chairman of the Maverick Foundation, which helps bridge economic, social and educational gaps leveraging technology, of which Salesforce Trailhead is a key component.

Emma Chalwin is the senior vice president of AMER marketing at Salesforce, based in San Francisco. Prior to relocating to company headquarters in 2017, she was head of UKI marketing & EMEA product marketing based out of the London office. Emma is a tenured executive with almost 25 years in technology marketing. During her career she has been the recipient of several B2B marketing awards, for creativity, campaign excellence and innovation. She is an avid supporter of diversity and equality, and enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband and two wonderful sons.
