Digital hypertension solutions are costly, lack clinical effectiveness

The news: Most digital health tools that help patients manage their hypertension aren’t effective enough to justify their cost, according to a new report from the Peterson Health Technology Institute (PTHI).

Digging into the findings: PHTI reviewed 2,498 pieces of evidence, including 31 clinical articles submitted by companies whose solutions were assessed in the report.
