Shipping is consumers’ top online shopping sustainability concern, though it’s not a factor for everyone
Almost 35% of US adults consider sustainability in shipping when shopping online, followed closely by product sustainability (33.3%), per a November 2024 ESW survey in partnership with EMARKETER.
